About Us
YoLarates™ is a blend of yoga, Pilates and ballet moves as interpreted by Lara. The class starts with a warm-up of basic moves from yoga and ballet, followed by sun and moon salutations. We then move to the ballet portion of class where we utilize a playground ball and a balance stick to perform basic ballet barre work. The class continues onto the floor for a little more leg & butt work before concentrating on Pilates abs exercises. A cool-down and stretch complete the class.
All levels are welcome and encouraged to join us!
