Have you wanted to try Zumba® but were hesitant because you don't dance or are uncoordinated? I may be a dancer, but I am a huge klutz, so come take my Zumba® class where you will feel right at home! Plus, there isn't a gym membership to buy; just drop on in!
Zumba® classes on Thursdays at 6:00 PM at Annalisa Studio.
$10.00/class drop-in per class.
Please join the Zumba® Gold class at the Wallingford Senior Center on Mondays at 11:00 AM, the Cheshire Senior Center on Tuesdays at 9:30 AM or at the Prospect Senior Center on Thursdays at 10:00 AM.
These Saturday classes alternate, so check with the studio or the YoLarates Facebook page to confirm.
